POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior BIM Architect will lead the strategic implementation and delivery of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across complex architectural projects from concept design through construction. This role is pivotal in ensuring model excellence, digital innovation, and seamless multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical mastery with leadership capability, driving automation, mentoring teams, and representing the BIM function in high-level client and stakeholder engagements.

key RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end BIM implementation on complex projects from conceptual design through construction and handover.
  • Ensure high model accuracy, performance, data integrity, and compliance with internal and international BIM standards.
  • Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to junior BIM architects and modelers.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Design Leads to ensure BIM deliverables align with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive the integration of parametric design, automation, and advanced digital tools, including Rhino + Grasshopper, Revit API, and Dynamo.
  • Represent the BIM discipline in client meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations as the technical authority.
  • Define and manage BIM Execution Strategies, workflows, standards, and digital delivery frameworks.
  • Lead initiatives in digital transformation and process optimization within the architecture and BIM ecosystem.
  • Oversee clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and model review processes across multiple teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 6-9 years of professional BIM experience in the Architecture discipline, with demonstrated leadership on large-scale projects.
  • Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
  • Strong command of architectural design development, detailing, construction documentation, and execution methodologies.
  • Proven experience in automation, scripting, and parametric design environments.
  • Solid understanding of global BIM standards, LOD frameworks, and digital delivery protocols.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
