Jr. ARCHITECT

The Junior BIM Architect will support the BIM team in developing accurate 3D architectural models and construction documentation under the guidance of senior professionals. This is an ideal entry-level role for fresh graduates or early-career architects who are eager to build hands-on expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), coordination workflows, and digital project delivery while contributing to real-world architectural projects.

• Assist in creating, modifying, and updating 3D BIM models using tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support senior team members in the preparation of architectural drawings, details, and construction documentation.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination activities under supervision using tools like Autodesk Navisworks.
• Maintain adherence to BIM standards, model setup protocols, and naming conventions.
• Learn and strictly follow company workflows, templates, and digital delivery procedures.
• Assist in exporting views, schedules, sheets, and quantities from BIM models.
• Perform basic model health checks, data entry, and quality reviews.
• Support coordination with internal teams to address minor model updates and revisions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of experience in BIM (Architecture discipline) for Junior BIM Architect / entry-level role.
• Basic working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and fundamental architectural drafting standards is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a BIM-driven environment.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
